Stock
All stock shown on this website is not always available in all sizes at all times. If your selection is found not to be in stock then you will be notified and your credit card will be fully refunded.
Purchases
All purchases to be made on-line require you to provide credit card details. These details will be handled direct by Paypal and no credit card details are seen by anyone at Designer Angel.
Shipping and Handling
All items are checked for any marks or faults before dispatch from our main warehouses in United Kingdom but if we do not have your size you will be fully refunded.
All deliveries will be sent out with standard delivery if you require a faster service please let us know as there is an extra charge for this service even if there is a Free delivery promotion running.
When shipping to a different address to that of the person making the purchase it is a good idea to write the name and contact details of the person to which the products are being sent as it will help us to contact them should there be a problem or delay with the delivery,these details can be written in the notes box when placing your order.
Customs and import duties
Local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be, normally they apply on high priced items..
Customer privacy policy
At Designer Angel we're committed to respecting your privacy and will not disclose your details to any third party. Your details will be used to process your order(s) and/or communicate with you regarding your purchase. We are not in the habit of sending many emails as we know that this can be annoying so we do not do it. By supplying your details you are consenting to us using them for the ways previously described. If at any time you do not wish to receive any further emails from us, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will remove you from our mailing list.

The Whole of the Designer Angel Jeans website is a secure website you can see that the Shopping Cart and Checkout is a secure area of our site because a padlock symbol or key will appear at the top or bottom of your browser and also you will see that the URL begins with https and any communications whether filling in the contact us form or filling your shopping cart is encrypted.
The encryption technique we use is standard for e-commerce and is certified by Geotrust. The information you send us cannot be read by anyone other than the Designer Angel team.
Once you have finished shopping the shopping cart will automatically pass you over to the paypal site to take your payment details whether you are a member already or you can also pay by clicking the link don't have paypal to put your card details in their secure banking site.
Your payment details are not seen by anyone from Designer Angel only that payment has been received and your name and address to send your products.

The design, text, images and all other objects pertaining to the Designer Angel website are strictly prohibited from being used in any manner without prior written permission from the owners of Designer Angel.
If anyone anywhere decides to use any images without permission they will be agreeing
to pay £10,000 GBP per image used to Designer Angel UK. Any Stores that have been given any products on a trial basis will be charged full retail price if the products are not returned in the same condition to which they were given.
Also any stores that have been given products for feedback purposes are not permitted to sell the products unless written permission is given by Designer Angel UK or one of it's agents and if written permission has not been given then the persons are selling a product without a Licence to sell that product and breach of this Licence carries a fine of £10,000 per item which will be issued by Designer Angel UK in the form of an Invoice.
Returns policy
Most products come with a 7 day, no quibble money back guarantee, as long as the product is not in a stock clearance promotion where no refunds will be given but if under normal sale promotions then as long as the product is returned to us unused with all prices/swing tags still intact in a sellable condition.
The 7 day Returns policy will begin from when your product reaches your door this is because we have no control as to when the customer will either arrange a redelivery or pick up from the collections depot on the card.
If a product has had its tags removed or has been marked by the customer it will be refused a credit and returned to the customer in the state it was received in.
If the size you have chosen is found to be incorrect for your needs contact us immediately with your size not forgetting to quote your order number, either smaller or larger, and the correct size will be supplied and returned to the customer free of charge. However, if the correct size is no longer in stock the customer may request a new item or full refund by emailing info@designerangel.com.
If a product is found to be faulty by the customer, then the goods are to be returned to us where it will undergo a 'validity check'. Once the item has undergone the check it will be deemed by us whether the goods are faulty or not.
The manufacturers decision in this is final and if found to be faulty the customer will receive a full credit and notification.
We reserve the right to not offer a refund if the item(s) are not returned within the 7 day period. All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. We are unable to refund any International Shipping charges unless agreed before hand.
This does not affect your statuatory rights.
Wholesale Customers
Any stores wishing to stock Designer Angel Jeans can fill in the contact form with all neccessary information.
Any products that we have discontinued should not be showing the Designer Angel label on them.
Any wholesale customer purchasing our products at a below wholesale price does so on a "sold as seen" basis meaning that no refunds or returns are accepted.
Any wholesale customer purchasing or selling our products is to do so without harming the brand name.
